Design for what happens before, during, and after an experience

Hello, I am Loui García.

I have 15 years of service and product design experience in Canada across corporate sustainability, energy, non-profit and education sectors. 


My work is based on critical thinking from UX research to plan a strategy to design interactions on what happens before, during, and after an outcome.

The goal is to balance different elements with a holistic service design approach. Just like in the picture where multiple elements are united in balance.

    I have designed service blueprints and process focused on the UX outcome at BMO Radicle, SAIT, and small businesses improving operational efficiency.

  • Product Design

    My recent work was done at BMO Radicle where I worked as senior product designer for almost three years.

    I have served as a design lead on over 100+ projects, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to build shared understanding prior to shipping.

  • UX instructor

    I have taught UX and visual communications over 17 years at SAIT and AUArts. I have written and delivered courses on UX, human centred design, product design and motion graphics
